These terms govern your use of the ReadWizzard app, provided by ASHA NEW EVO SRL (Romania). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. The service

ReadWizzard is a web app for speed-reading and photo-reading training: interactive technique exercises, a library of books (our own texts plus books you upload), AI-assisted comprehension quizzes, progress tracking, and gamification (XP, levels, badges, streaks). The service is provided "as is" and features may evolve over time.

2. Account & eligibility

To use the service you must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Subscriptions and payments are handled exclusively on the web, through the processor Stripe - we do not sell anything through the app stores. We offer the Wizzard plan billed monthly or annually and a one-time lifetime option ("Founding Wizzard"). You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, and access remains active until then. Displayed prices include VAT where applicable. The card used for payment is kept securely by the processor for future payments that YOU explicitly initiate (for example a one-click upgrade) - we never charge a saved card without an action from you.

4. Right of withdrawal & refunds

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, transposed in Romania by GEO 34/2014), you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of entering into it, without giving a reason, and be refunded what you paid. If you expressly asked us to start providing the service within that period, you owe only the proportionate amount for the part of the service supplied up to the moment you tell us you are withdrawing.

Separately and in addition to the statutory right above, we offer a commercial results guarantee through day 30: if your reading speed as measured in the app has not increased by at least 30% over your initial measurement, we refund the full amount you paid. This commercial guarantee is conditional on having completed at least 15 training sessions; that condition does not apply to the 14-day statutory withdrawal right, which remains unaffected.

You send a withdrawal or refund request directly in the app: Profile → Subscription → Request a refund. We confirm receipt by email. Alternatively, write to us at support@readwizzard.com.

5. Content you upload

The books and files you upload (EPUB, PDF, MOBI, DOCX) remain yours. We process them strictly to provide functionality (display, pagination, progress tracking, comprehension quiz) and we claim no ownership over them. You are responsible for holding the rights needed for the content you upload.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no automated data extraction (scraping), no circumventing technical limits, no sharing your account with others, no uploading illegal content, and no action that harms the security or availability of the platform for other users.

7. Intellectual property

The app, exercise texts, articles, design, trademarks and code belong to ASHA NEW EVO SRL and are protected by law. You receive a limited, personal and non-transferable right to use the service; you may not copy, resell or reproduce it without our written consent.

8. Availability & limitation of liability

We make reasonable (best-effort) efforts to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amounts you paid us over the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by mandatory consumer-protection law.

9. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the app or by following the steps on the public page /delete-account. Details on what is deleted and what is retained (fiscal invoices, billing data at Stripe) are described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When changes are significant, we will notify you by reasonable means (in-app or by email). Continuing to use the service after the changes take effect means you accept them.

11. Governing law & dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Romanian law. As a consumer, you may contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) and use the EU online dispute resolution (ODR) platform, available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
